1. General provisions.
These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter - the "Rules") are a legally binding document that determines the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter - "You") and the Seller (hereinafter - "We") when you purchase goods in the electronic store (hereinafter - "e-store").
2. The moment of conclusion of the purchase-sale contract.
2.1. The contract between You and Us is considered to be concluded from the moment You click the "Order" button in the e-store, after creating a shopping cart, specifying the delivery address, choosing a payment method and familiarizing ourselves with our rules.
2.2. The contract comes into force when we receive your payment for the goods within 3 (three) working days and is valid until the full delivery of the goods.
2.3. Every contract concluded between Us and You is stored in the e-shop.
2.4. Sent and printed order by e-mail. by post is a pre-invoice, according to which payment is made.
3. Your rights:
3.1. You have the right to buy goods in the e-store in accordance with these rules and the procedure established by the e-store.
3.2. You have the right to refuse the contract of purchase and sale of goods with the e-store, except in cases where the contract was concluded due to:
3.2.1. participation in games or lotteries;
3.2.2. in other cases, when the contract of purchase and sale cannot be refused, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. You undertake to:
4.1. You must pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days of placing the order, and accept them, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must update it immediately.
4.3. By using the e-shop, you agree to these rules of purchase and sale and must comply with them.
5. Our rights:
5.1. If the Buyer tries to harm the work or stable operation of the e-store, We may, without prior warning, restrict or suspend his ability to use the e-store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
5.2. In case of important circumstances, we can temporarily or completely stop the operation of the e-shop without notifying you in advance.
5.3. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.
6. We undertake:
6.1. To create all conditions for you to properly use the services provided by the e-shop.
6.2. Deliver the goods you ordered to the address specified by you and within the agreed delivery period.
6.3. We, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to deliver the product you ordered, undertake to offer you an analogous product, and if you refuse to accept an analogue of the product, we will return the money paid to you within 72 hours.
7. Delivery of goods:
7.1. The goods are delivered by Us or Our authorized representative.
7.2. During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the shipment together with Us or Our authorized representative.
7.3. After you sign the Invoice or delivery document, the shipment is considered to have been delivered.
7.4. If you notice a shipment violation, you must not accept the shipment and mark it in the shipment's waybill. If you accept the product and sign the delivery note without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in good order.
8. Return of items.
8.1. The return of items takes place in accordance with 2001. June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 "Approval of the rules for return and exchange of goods".
8.2. The returned item must be fully assembled. You are responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packed, We or Our representative will not accept the item for return.
8.3. The item must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The package must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packed.
8.4. You bear the costs of returning the product, except in cases where the product is returned due to poor product quality.
8.5. When a defective product is returned, We undertake to pick up the defective product and replace it with an analogous product. In the event that We do not have an analogous product, We return the money paid for the product.
9. Liability.
9.1. You are fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, we are not responsible for any consequences that may arise.
9.2. You are responsible for the actions performed using the e-store.
9.3. You are responsible for transferring the identification code to third parties. If third parties use your identification code, you are responsible for the actions taken by the third party.
10. Sending information.
10.1. We send all messages to the email address provided in your registration form.
10.2. You send all messages and questions using the means specified in the "Contacts" section of Our e-store.
11. Protection of personal data.
11.1. Any information that is related to personal data is subject to the Seller's personal data protection policy, which is regulated by the relevant Legal Acts of the Republic of Lithuania and is carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
11.2. The seller does not transfer (except in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania) the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for persons contributing to the execution of the order, for whom this data is necessary for the successful execution of the order (e.g. postal couriers).
12. Final Provisions.
12.1. The distribution of any e-store information without the written consent of the Seller is prohibited.
12.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
